The broader record remains too sparse for claims about a Nepalese “UFO wave”. Only the 1968 cluster and the 2020 fireball have enough accessible detail to support meaningful assessment, and their evidence points primarily towards the ordinary hazards of the space age: rocket bodies, satellite debris and natural objects entering the atmosphere. Nepal’s dramatic terrain and clear Himalayan skies make aerial phenomena memorable, but geography alone does not make them anomalous.
